    Just started today and man it is amazing how many calories u notice that u eat in a day and it's so scary that it hurts and I mean really hurts. I'm going to go to the YMCA and start to workout and get into better shape and everybody is telling me your body is fine don't worry about it but I say yea dont worry about it now bur worry about it tomorrow. Don't push yourself to hard u have to believe in yourself. Stop with the junk and exercise and tell yourself that u can do because I know I can.

      Good for you! Making the healthy choices now is much better than trying to undo damage down the road. Even if you're a good size now, making the choice to stay that way now is much easier than getting back into shape later.
