It feels so good to be aware of what you eat! because most of the time we eat few cals here and there, which by the end of the day makes a bunch of cals we did not paid attention to. No wonder then why we gain weight.

I had to google what that is, but I must say that sounds like an absolutely horrible nutrition plan. Don't fall for that "lose X pounds in Y days!" diet-idiocy. You'll be worse off than before, especially long-term. Just eat healthy foods, consume calories slightly under your maintenance, and exercise frequently (weights, cardio, or both). You'll feel better, lose weight, and (most importantly) will be able to maintain those habits. Crash diets are among the worst ideas out there.

Aaaaaaw. I know that's a hard cycle to break. Eating disorders are nothing to mess around with. The good thing is that you see that it is a problem. Try talking to someone you trust about it. It's not something to be embarassed about, and chances are they will want to help you instead of judge you about it. I'll be praying for you!

That feel terrible I know! :( but just stay strong and forgive yourself. If you hold on to that it'll only make you feel worse. Read a book, take a bath, have a cup of tea, take a walk. Have a little you time and I promise you'll feel better afterwards
