    Wdenesday is weigh-in day for me. I didn't lose last week but this week I lost 3.5 pounds. That's a total of 35.5 pounds in 3 months! Yay, me!!

    Walked 10,218 steps today. Just a few months ago I would get winded just from climbing the staircase at home. I'm sore but I'm proud of myself. :o))

    Lost another 3.5 pounds in the past 10 days. That makes for a total of 32 pounds since March 1st. I did a happy dance in the shower this morning. :-)

    Despite a week of almost no exercise while on a trip to visit family, I still managed to lose a pound. :-)

    Walked 3.74 miles today. I did a little jogging at short intervals during the walk. Haven't jogged in many, many years. It also helped that I didn't have to push a stroller today. Felt very proud of myself today. :o)

    Lost another pound. That makes 21 pounds in a little over a month. I know my weight loss will slow down but I am mentally prepared for that. Heartbreak sucks but it is a really good motivator.

      You can do it! I've stuck to the sugar and diet limitations set in the nutrition log (with a few minor hiccups here and there) and I've still lost four pounds in a short time.

      Keep going. Don't turn back now! You've lost and not gained. That is wonderful. Though it does get discouraging at times and is very hard ( harder to take off than put on) but you keep on, you're doing great :)

      when I only see one pound loss, I look up those pictures of one pound of fat on the Internet! it's a disgusting yellow blob of mush and it's amazing to think that's ONE less you're carrying around with you each day! don't be discouraged it's the first of many yellow blobs to be lost!

      Great job! One pound of fat is awesome. Think of it as the means and part of a lifelong journey. It won't happen overnight, try to enjoy the process of feeling good and healthy.

    @SlimKickerAdmin Hi, I'm new to this site and am really liking it so far. I have one small issue that I hope you can help me resolve. I wanted to change my profile photo but find that it won't change. I have a Mac and I tried it on both Firefox and on Safari but no luck. I am able to browse the photos on my computer and am able to choose the photo but after choosing a new photo, it refuses to change to the new one. Hope you can help. Thanks.
