      Oh, ummmm, okay, I think. Ha! There are several Jazzercise routines that have squats in them and I take a class almost every day, so I'm counting that. Tuesdays and Thursdays I don't go to Jazzercise, so I *should* be doing them on my own. I did some yesterday morning.

      Nope! Not if your carbs come from veggies and fruits at least. If you only eat bread, of course that's worrying but having bread or rice once or twice a day isn't the end of the world. Good eating^^

      This happened to me too! (it was counting my healthy veggies with my carbs). You'll be okay.

      That's a relief. I have stop eating rice and replace it with gardenia wholegrain fibremeal bread, 2 slices for lunch with other dishes. I managed to loose weight with this diet. :) Besides, carbs is important source for energy am I right?

      Carbs are important for energy! FWIW, I went on choosemyplate.gov (a USDA-sponsored website) and was told that my target per day was to have: 6 ounces of grains, 2.5 cups veggies, 2 cups fruits, 3 cups dairy, and 5.5 ounces protein. I get almost no dairy now, but I'm sure I'm eating more than enough grains. It's all about balance and weighing the advice you get vs really listening to your own body.

      ouh...sounds interesting! It is kind of difficult for me to control what i eat everyday because I am living in a college. The foods around here is really just the same everyday. And I'm from Malaysia by the way. Even thought slimkicker limit my carbs only 80g perday, but i guess I need it a little bit more. I can't really strictly dieting like before since I also have gastric.
