    What is inspirational to me is the people I've been working with to get healthy in the past few months are committing to a program, nutrition and getting support and they are seeing results. You can do it because YOU are worth it!

    I eat healthy daily and workout 5-6 days a week. Tonight we had chicken breast with a little ranch drizzled over them covered by pepperjack cheese. Add 2 servings of roasted asparagus! My wife and I have lots of great healthy recipes if anyone wants ideas!

      Hurts so good ;) Rach here is a quick video introducing the at home version ofBody Pump http://beachbodycoach.com/esuite/home/basicfit?bctid=1306891281001 with that said they teach classes all over the world at gyms.

      I can attest to that as well. I get a second wind around 8pm. Not fun! I've been trying all week to get up at 5am to workout. Not going in my favor lol

      Using a 60-90 day workout program and tracking your results every 30 days. Results being body measurements like weight, body fat % and inches. I am currently doing Les Mills Body Pump and drinking shakeology and eating healthy. Those three things alone are doing wonders for a lot of people right now.

      I don't go to gyms. I workout from home through Beachbody. Beachbody has come out with the at home version of Body Pump that is VERY effective.

      Never thought about it. lol I do this sort of thing for ministry. Didn't seem right to charge some one to give them a recipe, or tell them they might have to see their doctor. But a lot of discussion goes on to do nutrition and work outs safely and efficiently. And how to do this on a budget. :)
