only 20 minutes on the bike and a few sit ups but exercise 2 nights in a row is a big thing for me! Add with staying within my cals and within my carbs for 2 days in a row is also a miracle so I'm feeling quite good!

Somehow I've only managed to eat 555 calories today, have stayed under my carbs and (just!) under my sugar. I also did 20 minutes/5 miles on the bike to try to take my mind off the chocolate bar I really wanted. Only problem is, I still want the chocolate bar. Would it really be so bad.......?!

How are there so many carbs in everything?! Goodbye delicious breads, roast potatoes, everything else I've ever loved!

No, it wouldn't really be so bad, but a momentary pleasure might result feelings of guilt or feelings that it just wasn't worth it. Or, if you're like me, you'll think, "Gee that wasn't so bad, now I will eat ALL THE THINGS!!!!!!!" It'll certainly shoot your sugar over.

Have something healthy like Orginalet said and if you still want some chocolate, opt for dark. I'm partial to Cadbury dark chocolate.

Unless your health requires such a low caloric intake, you might want to bump that up a little. And try setting ONE DAY aside for such luxuries, and have just enough to make it right without over-doing it. Once a week, every two weeks, whatever... and unless you have allergies to chocolate, or problems with sugar, chocolate can actually be very beneficial. High in antioxidants and such. Try some of the better brands for more effective results. :)

Drink a bottle of water and eat something healthy!! Only 555 isn't enough! If you still want that chocolate later, then eat half of what you would normally.

I'm not hungry at all, I'm very surprised i've only eaten 555 calories actually as I've had 3 proper meals and a snack. I'm really short and my limit according to this thing is 1200 btw so it's not quite as extreme as it might seem. The chocolate bar is a whispa gold *drools*. Dark chocolate wouldn't quite cut it from a sickly sweet craving point of view!

lol battlekat!! I am usually under in my cals too, but am eating very healthy and am quite satisfied (until late evening.. :()...... I am 5'6" and my cals are 1200 too? At easter I ate 3 cadbury chocolates (the small ones) and it was 600 cals...... holy crap...... glad I gave the rest to the kids!! Try a vi-shake with chocolate add-in? It's like having a choc fix without the calories and it's a meal replacement....Keep it up!

I went for one bite and put the rest in the bin. Satisfied the craving, made me a very happy girly and I didn't feel bad for eating it like I would have done if I had the whole thing.:)

Find new things to love. I myself have discovered green tea. OK its not as good as southern sweet tea but it will do for everyday drinking and save the good stuff for special occasions

I'm British but, unusually, hate tea! Luckily the things I love besides breads are salads and steamed veg, so it's not all bad. :)

Sometimes I dream about a cheesy potato casserole :) But you can still enjoy things in moderation, it's not a goodbye-forever type of thing!
