    ACTUALLY got enough protein in today, did stationary bike for 30 minutes 3 days in a row, POP Pilates HIIT 4x today, 5-20 minutes of various POP Pilates every day since Wednesday, and think I've FINALLY mastered the art of "eating intuitively" -- haven't over eaten or under eaten at all for almost a week yay go me

    I was doing the 30 Day Shred Level 1 pretty consistently -- problem is, it lasted only 5 days -- my friend came into town for 4 and wham, I ate zero healthy foods and did zero exercise other than walking while she was here. Any advice on the 30DS? Should I start over? Or what?

    Day 2 of the 30DS Level 1 -- did POP pilates for beginner's yesterday and didn't indulge in late night eating/drunchies. I feel good and sore and like I should have done all of this (getting in shape thing) wayyyyy way before.

    all I've eaten is breakfast and my sugar intake is in the red.....swweeeeeeeeeeeeeet. They say everything in moderation and not to deprive yourself -- I use LESS than the recommended portion.... what does it take to be "normal" and "healty"?

      If you are eating sweetened things and added sugar then it means something if you are tripping the limit on fruits which a lot of folks do don't worry about it.

      Any carbs or processed food (waffles, toaster pastries, etc.) are going to kill ya on the sugars. I hate it cause I am a big bread eater.

      yeah it's unfortunate. I'm partial to quinoa and couscous, and beer, lots of beer.
