    I've hard a hard week with food. I caved yesterday and today. I'm not on schedule at all. I'm house/dog/cat sitting for 10 days (they come home Saturday thank god!). It doesn't help that that I'm sleeping there so I'm not in my own bed, plus they have 3 cats that I'm allergic to and am popping benadryl like tic tacs. I'm so messed up this week! Hoping to get back on track soon.

    I want to log my lunch today but I have no idea the nutritional value. It was an egg white omelet with chicken and spinach. I'll have to do a guesstimate for calories today. How's is everyone else doing today?

    I just couldn't get on here yesterday...the day blew up, not bad, just couldn't get to the things I wanted to do. Hoping to slow things down today.

    I got a voicemail from a friend today that started off calling me the "weight loss expert"!! I'm far from an expert but am flattered nonetheless. I'm in the zone real good this time. 6.8# away from hitting 100# pounds off. yahoo!! hope everyone is doing great this week!

    Hey everyone!! I'm new to SlimKicker and am very excited to use it!! I've been on a weight loss journey for a couple of years now and am down 94#. I'm soooo close to hitting the 100# weight loss goal. I blog about my progress so feel free to follow! http://itypecrazyfast.wordpress.com/

      That is hard - especially with medications, I find they mess me up more than anything. Just take as much food as you can with you and don't beat yourself up if it's harder than usual. It's a long journey and it's what we do most of the time that counts :)

      Thanks Teresa. I found out yesterday they are coming home a day early, tonight instead of tomorrow. THANK GOD. I can't take the cats anymore. Everything itches! I can finally get back on track today.

      I'm doing the C25K app from Active.com on my phone. I really like it and I'm starting to enjoy running! I didn't think I'd ever say that.

      Today was MUCH better! I didn't get much done but did have a great day at work. Went to lunch with a friend and ate healthy. He looks at me and says "I don't have to eat healthy do I?" I said, "no, you can eat whatever you want". He said "thanks" and then he ordered a patty melt.
