    It just dawned onme that i have gone through yesterday and today with no M&M's or jaffas or malteasers or smarties on my desk to pick at thoughout the day......if this keeps up the boys at work will start asking where they are as they help themselves to them.....so every one can understand where i'm coming from....I work with physio's who are already slim trim and terrific and I'm totally the opposite

      Well done! As to co-workers helping themselves, my husband had that problem when he had a dish of chocolate coffee beans on his desk. He doesn't like coffee, so he was sucking the chocolate off them and putting the beans into a paper cup. One of the office ladies came by and grabbed a handful from the cup and ate them, saying "Oh, yum, these are those chocolate-covered coffee beans..." not giving him time to explain that those were the beans he'd sucked the chocolate OFF!
