    Cheesy as it may sound, a Target scented candle, some 1992 Enya, and 30 minutes of yoga were a great sanity restorer! I love this challenge because it's a great way to remember that often less really is more, and that stillness can create far more energy and focus than scrambling to be efficient. Wishing you all a sane Tuesday!

    Restore Sanity Challenge: Sat down in the sunshine to eat my lunch and savored every spoonful of lentil soup as I read a few chapters of Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins. Feels so luxurious to read in the middle of a working day.

      I like that challenge! It's too cold to sit outside right now, but I will definitely do the home pedicure! Sometimes slowing down and relaxing does more for your health than anything else.
