    I made White Bean Chicken Chili over the weekend. There's enough to last me several days. The only cheating I did was having some of those microwavable chicken taquitos. They're just bad enough to keep me from wanting more.

      Thanks, everyone :) @Leah: It's probably not the best way to do it. Essentially, I haven't been eating (or drinking). My average calorie intake is a bit under 600 a day. I do toss in the occasional treat, though.

      I suppose you could call it something I devised. It's really something that happens when you don't feel like cooking. I don't like going out and eating alone so I never go out to eat. I never feel hungry in the morning, so I don't eat breakfast. I'm not hungry when lunch time comes around so I rarely eat lunch. For dinner I usually make a big batch of some kind soup (it's easy), freeze it, and live off that until it's gone.

      I love chili on salad. We were visiting friends camping and I just brought salad and fruit as my share of the meal. It was good. We have to think outside of the box. Also had herb and garlic goat cheese and grumpy goat. taste like a swiss. very good.

      That all sounds good. I'm not entirely sure about the "grumpy goat" part, though. I've had some goat cheese that was just mind blowing in taste and texture.
