    So, I just joined! I need to lose about 60 pounds. I also need some serious motivation. Hopefully this will be what keeps me going! :-D

      I did a bunch of challenges including quite a few I made up myself. I made up ones like "Bike to work 2 out of 5 days", "Bike 100 miles in a week", "Go to Bed Early", and "No Sweets for X Days", etc. Some of the challenges were big points. I also record my circuit training as individual exercises and you get the same calorie burn but way more points. Honestly, I have actually found this point system to be quite motivating and it's making me WANT to do more difficult challenges... go figure!

      Look at the challenges and start with some small ones. It's quite motivating! Also, add a couple of your own.
