    Don't have a scale, so I can't track weight yet... but after being healthy for two days, I wasn't tired in the morning at all, which is pretty much awesome

      Weight is irrelevant. Don't use a scale; use a mirror. Who cares what your weight is, as long as you look good, right? I recommend taking a weekly mirror picture; it makes the changes WAY more obvious and inspiring.

      I know, and I bet my weight wouldn't be changing all that much as I'm adding muscle mass, but I haven't known what I've really weighed in a couple years, haha
