    I need some serious motivation. It's been very hard for me lately to work out. Also today i had my first fast food meal in over a month. It tasted too good for me so i joined the 30 days of no fast food again. I want to hate fast food dammit! Other then that meal i've been ok with eating healthy. I just need some real good motivation to keep working out. i'm hoping after i get my new tv tomorrow it'll be easier for me to work out

    wow! I'm exhausted. I just finished the Valley cat(local biking event). It was so much fun. in the end i biked a total of 40 miles! damn i'm sore.

    Saw The Avengers this weekend(3 times) and it inspired me to work harder to get the body i want to have. Now my goal is to look like Thor!

    I've been having motivation issues lately. I've had the last two days off work and it has been hard to get me to get out and do something other then play video games. I'm gonna try to pound some big work outs out today after work.

    I did some p90x today and i don't really know how to log it. I missed my ab workout yesterday so i did that today and i can't really find anything on here so for now i'll just have to log what i can i guess. anybody else doing P90x and know a good way to log it?

    I tried to have a big protein breakfast today because it's my big work out day. After breakfast my chol is over twice as much as it should be. ouch. too much meat.

    went groccery shopping today. got a bunch of good healthy foods for my paleo diet. So far i havn't had any grains or unproccessed foods. i'm very proud of myself.

    I'm having a hard time finding a couple new challenges. I would like to do the "swap a vice food" challenge and i'd like my vice food i swap to be subs from our local sub shop but i really am having a hard time thinking about what i could replace it with. My problem is i don't always have time to make food before work so it's nice to have a place deliver me food. any other ideas?

    well crap. My plan to go no grains today failed. I went to buy some beef stew out of the vending machine and realized i had no cash with me. so i was forced to order food. I went with a sub since it seemed healthier then pizza or anythin glike that. I'll guess i'll have to go no grains tomorrow

      Yeah, it's tough. I recommend just picking up something that's fun and enjoyable, as opposed to just sticking to something boring, even if it's more efficient. I'm not a big fan of working out just for the sake of working out.

      it's ok to be in that place. all-or-nothing is such a hard and sometimes unrealistic approach. i agree that trying something fun is the best way to go. and like Emerson says... "Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense."

      Martial Arts is another good way to get exercise :D. It's ok to slip up, just treat it like a treat and move on with it.

      A couple of "Days off" are good every once in a while. But truthfully for me I like routine. Get up at the same time everyday, breakfast same time, work, lunch etc. When I have a Day off it really just upsets my whole everything. So I just buckle down and get right back to the routine, It helps me and I like it. Maybe I should have joined the military. Good luck and get back to friend.

    @piperkyle I did P90X and got in really good shape. Now I am into ChaLean Extreme and I do Zumba on my cardio days. You will love your results. Take care of your back though. Rest it if you need to.

      Plyometrics? That's the one that did me in when I tried P90X. I made it about 5 weeks but messed up my ankles doing plyo.

      it's a fitness program that takes 90 days to complete. It's all about muscle confusion and working to exhaustion.
