    burned 687 cals this morning running/walking/cardio/pilates...haven't eaten yet, and the only reason i do anymore is to get slim points xD lost a pound since yesterday. 128 now. thats ok..i guess.

      Story of my life! I had an apple, lentils, 1 slice of 12 grain bread and honey. I am over mine. ugh. It's so hard!

      That's the crappy thing about basic weight and BMI measurements: they don't take into account muscle and other non-fat stuff. I wouldn't worry about it.

      And you're on the right track to being the healthiest you possible! Here's a tip, cause treadmills can be boring: try watching a movie while walking or jogging. And you are beautiful no matter how much you weigh!

      I feel your pain, I'm back down 5 lbs from the 10 that I gained, its a struggle but don't blame yourself, just move on...that's what I had to do.

      Don't let it slow you down. Two eggs for breakfast and your cholesterol is shot. Use this as a guide is my suggestion. Now if your over because you ate a giant candy bar then worry to make changes.

      Have to agree with lqboren. As long as you are making healthy choices don't let the numbers get ya. I stay under everyday on calories and still max out carbs and sugars due to consuming fruit. But I figure fruit is much better then binging on cakes and candy, like I really want.

      I'm working with a personal trainer and he suggested instead of going for the banana, try blueberries or raspberries. I'm very carb restricted myself so I found ditching the high carb fruits for low cab ones has been helpful.

      Great job on the exercise! But don't forget to fuel your body. That is just as important as working out. Fuel up with the right thing and not junk as your body needs a certain amount of nutrients just to function!
