    planning to go out to eat with a friend tonight I've been doing SO good I don't wanna blow it! filled up with a big brunch under 200 cals! :) hopefully it will hold me over!

    trying to eat a big breakfast without blowing my numbers for the rest of the day! :( going to work at a bakery hungry is dangerous! gotta stay strong!

    @stevibranam Hi i saw your bell pepper tips! I have one more for you... Try to put some Tabasco on the egg when you fries them. Or pepper with lemonPepper. Enjoy! :D

      Big breakfasts are the best! I noticed that a large breakfast with a fried egg, lean cottage bacon, avocado, and some fruit keeps me full for a long, long time.
