    Went to Pittsburgh for a long weekend. Didn't eat too healthy and was afraid to step on the scales today. Maintained my weight, yay! Must have been all the walking I did.

    Weighed in today +5.5 lbs during vacation even though I worked out a lot. Grr. Back to healthier eating today. Having a normal routine should help too.

    I just hit level 7. Yay! I have been very active while on vacation, but I know I have been eating more than usual. Sure I have gained some weight, but plan to hit the low sugar challenge when I get home. Last time I did it for 7 days and lost about 1.5 lbs.

      Good job on taking a spin class! I really wish I had the time to do stuff like that. I work full time and have 2 kids at home (another full time job). One kid is busy with baseball and cub scouts and the other is too young to participate in extracurricular activities. Then comes the cleaning and cooking...Calgon, take me away...

      When my kids were that young I couldn't take classes etc. either. It was all about walking with them in the stroller or sneaking in a few exercises when we weren't on the go.

      Congratulations! I really wish there was a like button, or an agree button on here. Ditto on saleemhuepenny's comment. I walk a lot, I try to run just to push myself but the walking/recovery part is just as beneficial.

      Congrats! I just did my first 5k on June 2! Walking is JUST FINE :D It's low impact and can be just as good cardio as running! Good for you!!
