    This site has inspired me to go out on a limb, do some research and be more creative when it comes to food. It's also inspiring to see what everybody else is doing and achieving. The positive energy is contagious. Hurray!

    Interesting, my vices (dark chocolate espresso beans and pizzelles) have far less sugar and check out better on here than the things I eat to be good, like kiwi fruit and sweet potatoes.

    First time here. Ate usual high carb breakfast this morning before coming upon this site. In an attempt to balance out the carbs, I discovered that green beans and tuna fish with hot sauce makes a delicious and fast lunch. Less than 10 minutes if beans are frozen. Neat!

    @summerose I stopped logging stuff yesterday. I ate so much I couldn't even remember. Party in Albany and Deno's. Didn't do great so far today either even though I didn't eat a whole heck of a lot! :(

      I hear yah. Went way over on carbs and calories today, but surprisingly sugar was not too bad (I mean it was yellow and not way red ;). It's a new week!

      Yes, but notice how this is a new week and all the points are zeroed out to the left on the leaderboard. We can start again. In this interface we can compete each week and it's more fair since it only gives points for exercise performed and not for weight lifted or speed. 30 minutes is 30 minutes and doing a set of anything is the same as anything else. It rewards people starting out equally. I like that about it.

      I wouldn't put espresso down as a vice; the caffeine is a great metabolism booster, pending you can manage the blood sugar drop it causes without snacking.
