    Normally hate ironing but put some banging tunes on and was dancing around the ironing board a very happy bunny lol a good salsa workout for the abs.

    Have given up breakfast every morning, having eaten brekkie everyday since I was born. I drink a cup of black coffee instead. Now I´m 40 and I have so much more energy and positivity!

    Eliptical cycle - 20mins on, 10mins rest, 20mins on, 10mins rest, 20mins on, lots of rest!! 60mins and nearly 400 calories burned. This new routine started this week is showing results with the healthy eating/smaller portions. I'm down to my lowest weight yet 65.4kg from 71kg. Only 5kg more to reach the target! It's going well :))))

    Staying on track so far. It's so hard to cut carbs down and up the protein but so far so good. That, balanced with exercise is the main thing... only 6kg more to lose until I reach my target.... :)

    Did some stretching exercises this morning then I went to the gym to cancel my membership! I'm moving house so had to cancel it but on the way back, I had a lovely relaxing walk in the park and thought about all the swimming I will do this summer when we move closer to the beach. Plus the walks and bike rides we can do along the promenade. Can't wait!! Who needs a gym!! Waste of money... ha ha :)

      Lots of people will say, breakfast is the most important meal and you should never skip it. And it's horseshit. Forcing ourselves to eat breakfast when we aren't breakfast people is a mistake. All bodies work on different circadian rhythms and thus our hunger is different. So if you don't want a meal you shouldn't eat it. So good on ya!. And you can always have a good breakfast for dinner :)

      That's true, most people should eat breakfast, but then again, most people are hungry first thing. If you aren't hungry in the mornings, then don't force yourself to eat.

      Its based on a book by the same name. Some pointers include -no breakfast, workout in the morning on an empty stomach, drink 2 cups of black coffee a day on an empty stomach, no snacks but 3 meals lunch, mid-afternoon & early evening, etc.

      Hi, yes that´s right. It´s a book and I was very skeptical at first because of the title and the fact it keeps using the word "skinny" but it´s full of logic and interesting science stuff but with humour. Worth a read! Good luck! :)
