    @thepluckylemon sweet, if you are in nj get in touch. my city has approx 40 community gardens! the more the merrier.

      I'm in Utah, but I love the idea of community gardens. I'll have to look some up in my area.

    @thepluckylemon Wow eating a pickle for sweet cravings? Really? That sounds counter-intuitive! I usually always have almonds with me in case I get hungry, but not today. Part of the junk food craving is hunger but part is emotional eating because I'm not very happy today. Arriving home soon so hopefully I'll find something not too bad for me for supper.

      Yes, it sounds counter-intuitive, but it curbs the craving. Give it a try!

      Thanks! Just doing the best I can like everybody else here. It's been fun so it's a lot easier tracking here than on the other sites I've tried. I think you'll see progress pretty quickly and that'll just make you want to make even more progress. :) BTW--thanks for the request!
