    Surgery this week, 4 weeks of rest coming up. Time to slow down and let my body heal. Adjusted my challenges to meet my needs. Gonna get my beauty rest!

    So my goal at the beginning of March was to lose 30 lbs by the end of June...... down 15.... can I do another by m/end? Rather alot I'm thinking....... maybe 10 (as my tummy rumbles cuz it's empty)

    I love keeping myself accountable with the challenges...........BUT, it would be so much nicer to be able to "check in" in a more user-friendly fashion? I always have 5 going at once, and we all know all the clicking and scrolling that must be done to go back and forth! We could be doing something else instead of hanging out at the computer! Anyone feel the same way?? :)

      Good thinking, you free of pressure to push yourself, and free to chose at any moment what is best for your body. A rest need not a be holiday or party, but a meditation. These are the times I remember best when looking back. Wile you are still, grow a plant, even if it needs only water like an avocado seed.

      Good luck! I just had surgery a few weeks ago and I'm starting to get myself back together. It's tough, but you'll get through it!

    @SlimKickerAdmin I still can't change my exercise stats for May 22nd :(...... I def. didn't burn 35,000cals that day.... I'd like to change it but can't. Can you change it for me?

      Hmm what browser are you using? We made a change a week ago where you don't need to press those buttons anymore. You just click on the calendar icon, and click on the day and it will refresh to that date's stats...

      I tried it again last night.... and presto! It worked! I had tried it a few times before that and thought I'd give it another shot, and it worked! I'm using Google Chrome. Its working now so I'm a happy camper again! And my stats are now correct!!! (I really didn't do 4,545 minutes of housework that day..... lmao)

    @SlimKickerAdmin In exercises, there used to be a button "go to date" beside the calendar to view that date, now it seems to be gone? and I can't edit my exercises. Can you take a look? Thanks! :)

      You just need to click the calendar icon, and choose the date and it will refresh with the exercises for that date.

      You can choose the date you want to modify the exercises at.. by choosing the calendar icon
