      hey Leah! it's pretty simple. I log all my activities. for example: I hike almost daily for about 2 hours. this adds up. I do body weight exercises daily. for example I do 50 pushups every hour for 8 hours total. points. so I rack my points up quickly just by using this app as my food journal and workout journal. way do you think?

      So far so good hey. It keeps me accountable and on track towards my goals ;) tomorrow it'll have been a week and tho I've made a few changes to diet, I feel good, more motivated :) how about you ?? How long have you used this app ??

      I've used this app for 3 weeks now. chelski was the one who introduced it to me. it's been fun for me because of the gaming components. I see how people can be pushed to have a healthier lifestyle with these elements. see how you reached out and asked me how and I shared my methods with you! genius:) imagine if you did 30 air squats every hour you worked how that would add up in both directions!:) do it one day & see!

      I've been squatting :) took your advice ... I mainly want to loose weight but more healthier than I have in the past. It helps to have motivation from others. This app keeps me accountable .., I love it .... Where r u from ?

      good job! air squats will definitely tighten your bum and core up if you keep at it. I'm a gypsy so I'm from everywhere and no where! I live in San Diego, so the weather is always good for some fun outdoors. your goal is to loose weight huh! how are you going about doing this? give me your email addy and I can send you some awesome links to help you on your journey:)
