    My eating over the past few days has been horrendous. An early Thanksgiving with part of my family on Sunday with leftovers the past few days, plus an 8 hour car trip today equals too much unhealthy stuff.

      Yep, this is a tough time of the year. Autumn is hard enough on diets much less having the holidays, too! You'll have to grant yourself some grace and remind yourself that you're in it for the long haul... a couple of bad days isn't going to wreck you!

      I totally feel ya! don't pressure yourself too much though. But move your body around the house at least a little. I haven't worked out in about almost a week but I know that when I get back to working out I'll take it seriously!! good luck
