      Have a small square of dark chocolate. Or a frozen banana. Or a handful of berries.

      frozen fruit is a great idea! I'm a fan of raspberries. Or even the desert flavoured Yogurts are good for something sweet. :)

      Never deprive yourself, or you will find you are constantly craving these things you 'shouldnt' have. Everything in moderation! Gotta still be happy and living your life right? Indulge in a tiny bit, then put it out of your mind :) or make it that if you do well for a week, Sunday night you will allow yourself 2 pieces of dark chocolate as ur reward!

    @GirlKillsZombie Hi Sorry about your mom, when my dad passed away I put on like 20 kg, which is about 50 pounds. I have been able to lose about 16 kgs of it, and not getting ready to do the rest.

      yup for sure, what really helps me is making vision boards... and seeing the image i want, i dont focus on the number, more the habit i want to create.. like i want to do sports 3-4 times a week and i want to eat healthy, and have a healthy lifestyle because it helps u fight disease
